Working out in a gym can be intimidating and quite often boring, so why not join other like minded people who enjoy the freedom of exercising outdoors in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. But what happens when the weather turns nasty? Don’t worry, we have an indoor training facility so that we never have to miss a training session.
What Is Group Personal Training?
This is a fun, energetic and affordable workout specifically aimed at losing those few extra kilos, as well as toning and shaping the body to put curves in all the right places without breaking the budget!
As this is a ladies only class, you will not feel intimidated and your qualified trainer will guide you through the workout to achieve the best possible results.
There are no boring, repetitive gym routines. We strive to make each and every workout different and exciting to ensure that you continue to see results.
What To Expect
The group personal training workouts consist of specialised strength training using dumbbells, medicine balls and bodyweight exercises to tone those stubborn “wobbly bits” we all hate, as well as a good mix of cardio, such as boxing and interval training to burn away any unwanted fat.
The workouts are designed so that women of all fitness levels can participate and your trainer is there to help you every step of the way!
How Is Elite Physique’s Group Personal Training Different?
At Elite Physique we understand that women are different. We will not hand you a generic program, usually designed for a man, and leave you to train yourself.
Our programs are designed by a woman, especially for women SO THEY WORK! Your trainer is there with you to provide encouragement and motivation to make sure you get the most out of every workout. The programs are designed to achieve results!
Weight loss is not just about exercise though, we will also help you with your eating plan to achieve better health and weight loss. Each new participant will receive a FREE Healthy Eating Guide & Meal Plan. There are no fad diets, this is about living a healthy lifestyle.
